Most orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

* When calculating shipping times, weekends are not included. Expedited shipping orders must be received before 12pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Friday for the order to ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm following business day (Monday - Friday). Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday (unless it is a holiday).
Our standard shipping in the US uses the US Postal Service either directly through USPS or DHL eCommerce. While the times are not guaranteed, our experience is that they are typically very accurate. Delivery times do not include the day it is picked up so the clock starts the day after.
Other Countries
We usually ship FedEx International Connect to most countries. In some cases, your order may be shipped via postal service. Please note that carriers can charge the customer customs/duty/taxes for international shipments. These are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
** Some places in Australia and Canada have a $25 service charge (from FedEx) for "Delivery Outside of Area." Should you be in this area, we will attempt to contact you to see if you want to pay the service charge. Approximate delivery times for these areas is 1 week.
